Nishant brings over twenty years of comprehensive experience in planning and project development, skillfully navigating projects from strategic planning to implementation. He has worked on various projects in disciplines such as corridor planning, feasibility studies, procurement engineering, public-private partnerships, ridership and traffic/revenue analysis, benefit-cost analysis, economic and risk analysis, big data analysis, safety studies, and alternative financing (TIF, TRZ). Nishant has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and master’s degrees in Urban Planning and Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Elaine brings in over 13 years of experience in urban and regional planning. She has worked with over 50 agencies to develop and manage infrastructure projects. She is passionate about working with stakeholders to achieve a community’s vision for a project.  Elaine holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing yoga, and spending time outdoors.

Adriana has a background in Urban Planning, a MSc. in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin, and more than ten years of experience in transportation planning and stakeholder involvement with expertise in projects led by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). She has ample experience processing and conducting geospatial analysis on TxDOT-and State-maintained datasets. As a key member of the Novus team, Adriana leads technical analysis in various types of projects; conducts geospatial, data collection and visualization activities; and coordinates stakeholder and public involvement efforts. In her spare time, Adriana enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family.

Aditya is a Transportation Planner with a graduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a focus on transportation planning and modeling, regional economic development, and data analysis. I primarily work on transportation planning and programming projects for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Outside of work, I’m an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys playing pickleball, going to the gym, and social dancing in my free time.

Yu Chen is a second-year student in the Community and Regional Planning and Urban Design dual degree program at UT Austin. As a transportation planning intern at Novus, he focuses on quantitative data analysis, including corridor and feasibility studies, safety research, economic analysis, and data visualization, creating interactive maps and analytical diagrams with Tableau. Previously, Yu worked as a graduate research assistant in the Urban Information Lab, where he studied factors that contribute to robotaxi crashes. Outside of work, he enjoys running, weightlifting, and exploring new restaurants in Austin.

Dipti holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and is an experienced Human Resources professional. She specializes in recruitment, employee relations, HR strategy, training and development, and conflict resolution. Outside of her professional life, Dipti dedicates her time to family and community-focused social activities.
